URV White Wine

This is an impeccable wine matured to perfection over two years. Its coupage is 50% Muscat of Alexandria, 15% small pitted Muscat blanc à petits grains and a 35% blend of Xarel·lo, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Malvasía. This coupage offers a complex profile with floral hints of jasmine and rose, which combine with a yellow fruit base dominated by citrus and lemon zest. It is an intensely aromatic wine and has a dry mouthfeel, with a balanced acidity and a residual gas content that makes it fresh and very pleasant.

URV Red Wine

This is our seasonal wine. Its coupage consists 60% Tempranillo, the rest being a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Black Grenache and Syrah.

It is an intense wine on the nose, very fruity, dominated by red fruits, strawberry and cranberry nuanced by end notes of black licorice and mint. It has well rounded tannins and a balanced acidity. It is a very pleasant and easy-drinking wine.

URV Crianza

This crianza is made with 65% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and 35% Merlot. The term crianza means that it has spent one year in barrels made of French and American oak.

It has a good color intensity and a highly complex aroma. The aromas from the oak, such as vanilla, balsam, smoke and spices are well balanced with the Cabernet. In the mouth it has a good body and structure, sweetish with a long and lasting finish full of flavors.

Wintour Sparkling Wine

The production of this wine is highly limited to just 600 bottles. It is developed by the students on the International Master's Degree in Wine Tourism.

It is a sparkling rosé made from Pinot Noir and Syrah. It is very pleasant on the mouth, very bubbly and with an intense color featuring aromas of red fruit such as strawberry and cherry.

Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine

This is our classic sparkling wine made using the Macabeu, Xarel.lo, Parellada and Chardonnay varieties. With more than 15 months in oak barrels, it is a highly complex wine on the nose, where the aromas of white fruit combine with shades of crème anglaise.

White Aromatic Sparkling Wine

This is made from Moscatell and Macabeu grapes. It is a sparkling wine that is given plenty of time to mature, hence the dominance of floral aromas of honey and lemon on the nose.
